Anti-Discrimination and Humane Treatment Policy
1. All employees should follow the relevant regulations and guidelines of the company, respect each other, and jointly create a healthy and safe working and living environment to ensure the normal operation of the company. The company will reward employees with outstanding contributions. The company will conduct training on the standard code of conduct for all employees, and only when reckless and unacceptable disciplinary violations occur, the company will consider taking disciplinary measures to correct them.
2. The company strictly prohibits corporal punishment, coercion or any form of verbal, physical, psychological and gender disciplinary measures. No brutal and inhumane treatment of employees, including any form of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical oppression or verbal abuse; nor threats of any such conduct.
3. The company advocates fair competition, and all employees have equal opportunities in the employment relationship. The employment relationship includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, promotion, training opportunities, discipline, contract signing and termination, retirement, etc. Resolutely eliminate employment based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race or ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, membership in a society, protected veterans identity, protected genetic information, or marital status, among other excuses for discrimination.
