Zhejiang TC Ceramic Electronic Co., Ltd. (TC Electronics) is located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. Founded in 2013, it is an enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of ceramic copper-clad substrates for power semiconductors. TC Electronics strives to become a world-leading supplier of packaging material products and solutions for the power semiconductor industry.

 

In 2020, TC Electronics built a production base in Shaoxing and established its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shaoxing TC Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. Adhering to the innovation philosophy of "Customer Value Driven, Supported by Application Scenarios", TC Electronics has been recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise and a Zhejiang Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative SME. The company holds 46 nationally authorized patents and has participated in formulating 14 national and group standards. R&D and technical talents account for 30% of its total workforce.
